Install,the hose in a correct way is very important,it will affect the hose's appearance and cost alot while it is too long,but if the hose is too short,it cannot flex while being crushed ,Both too longand too short can break down the hose .So pay more attention to the following guide before youinstall the assembly:
Hose should not be twisted.Hose is weakened when installed intwiated position Also pressure in twisted hose tends to loosenfitting connecttions. Design so that machine motion producesbending rather that twisting.
Since hose may change in length from +2% to -4% under thesurge of high pressure, provide suffeient slack for expansion andcontraction.
Don't use any clamps at the inflexion soas it can move freely
Choose right angle fittings to avoid too small bending radius andexcess force.
Hose bending radius should be as big as possible when it is inmotion.
