APPLICATION
The steam hose is suitable for continuous conveying of saturated steam or hot water, the temperature of saturated steam or hot water shall below 210℃.
The technical parameters of Steam Hose
The main production process of the Steam hose
1. Extrusion forming of mixed rubber.
2. Extruding inner tube.
3. Two-layer wire steel braided (Photo of 2 layer wire knitting machine in weaving)
4. Extruding outer cover of hose and place Layline.
5. Wrapping a cloth.
6. Vulcanization.
7. Remove the cloth. (Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized).

8. After constant pressure, then, use water pressure to flush out the soft mandrel,
or Extraction out of the hard mandrel by machine.
