1.  Extrusion forming of mixed rubber.

 2. Extruding inner tube.


3. Weaving one or multiple layers of fiber reinforcement

    


4.  Extruding the outer cover of a hose and place the Layline.



    

5. Wrapping a cloth.


    


6. Vulcanization.

  

7. Remove the cloth. (Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized).

8. After constant pressure, then, use water pressure to flush out the soft mandrel,
