HOSE CONSTRUCTION
R4 hose is consists of an inner tube of oil-resistant synthetic + one or two layers of woven textile fiber with helix steel wire reinforced, and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
APPLICATION
R4 hose is designed for use in the petroleum and water-based fluid hydraulic systems, with temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +100℃.
The technical parameters of R4 Hose
The main production process of the R4 hose
1. Extrusion forming of mixed rubber.
2. Extruding inner tube.
3. Weaving 1 or 2 layers of fiber with helix steel wire reinforced.
4. Extruding outer cover of a hose and place Layline.
5. Wrapping a cloth.
6. Vulcanization.
7. Remove the cloth. (Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized).

8. After constant pressure, then, use water pressure to flush out the soft mandrel,
or Extraction out of the hard mandrel by machine.
