Depending on the demand of the market,our company has developed a new type of waterblasting hose, it takes advantages of the good  anti-age feature of rubber, the design construction is compact, with lighter weight, excellent flexible feature. This type of hose can reach Max. Working pressure of 1100Bar, the safety factor is 2.5:1.

This type of hose is recommended in the application which need super higher pressure, for example: High pressure water cutting; Construction and industrial industry (road operation, removal of concrete layer of reinforced concrete structure to protect reinforcement); The shipyard removes the hull dirt; Any place where stubborn dirt needs to be removed.

Construction of hose:

A.Inner tube: Black seamless synthetic rubber inner tube

B.Reinforced type: 4 or 6 layers high tensile steel wires reinforced.

C.Outer cover: Anti-abrasion, anti weather synthetic compound cover.

D.Continuous operating temperature range: -10 ℃ to +70 ℃

E.Maximum operating temperature range: -40 ℃ to +93 ℃
