HOSE CONSTRUCTION
Jet wash hose is consists of an oil and water-resistant synthetic rubber lining one layer or two layers of steel wire braided reinforcement and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
APPLICATION
Jet wash hose is designed for use in the petroleum and water-based fluid hydraulic systems, with temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +155℃.

The main production process of the Jet wash hose
1. Extrusion forming of mixed rubber.
2. Extruding inner tube.
3. Two-layer wire steel braided (Photo of 2 layer wire knitting machine in weaving)
4. Extruding outer cover of a hose and place Layline.
5. Wrapping a cloth.
6. Vulcanization.
7. Remove the cloth. (Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized).
7.1 Remove the cloth for the wrapped hose
7.2 Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized
8. After constant pressure, then, use water pressure to flush out the soft mandrel,
or Extraction out of hard mandrel by machine.
