Susan: Hello Everyone, I am Susan. Thanks for inviting me here. And happy to see my clients through the internet. Since the day we set up YIQIAO GROUP, we are intended to build a reliable brand among our clients. Beginning from the first day, we are trying to enrich our production lines throughout our development history. And will continue this idea in the future.
Host: That's fantastic. To be real, I can see a lot of samples, various types, in our showroom here. Please, the camera comes for a closer shot at these products. I love its design. The branding design looks beautiful, isn't it?
Susan: Yes, These are 1SN/2SN series, the most popular and largest consumption among our product ranges. Nearly half of the monthly production capacity goes to these series. Every month, more than 600,000meters of 1SN/2SN are manufactured and sold out from our plant.
Host: Woo... 600,000meters?
Susan: Yes, our designed production capacity for the hydraulic hose is around 1,200,000meters. Now our monthly output is around 800,000 meters. We have the ability to satisfy more clients’ needs.
Host: Do our products have any international standards to follow?
Susan: Our 1SN/2SN strictly complies with or even exceeds SAE/DIN standards. The main materials and components are all supplied by famous brands at home and abroad. For example, we are using LG/Kumho/Lanhua rubber and Hengxing wire steel. Italian VP braiding machines, and German technology high speed braiding machine.
Host: That sounds great. Look at these hoses, I can see there are two types of cover finishing, totally different types.
Susan: You are right. We have both cloth cover and smooth cover for 1SN/2SN. This is the cloth cover you can see its finishing and its out appearance, we can supply from 3/16” up to 4”. And this is the smooth cover, for this smooth cover the biggest size we can do is 1”
Host: I see
Susan: Both covers are flexible and the Layline looks beautiful, right?
I will show you more details, this is our branding, Lenflex. Then the standard, DIN/SAE. Followed by the type 1SN/R1, next are the size and its working pressure. The last you can see is an MSHA number, this is our Msha number granted by American Mining Industry. That’s to say our products are qualified to enter the American Ming Industry.
Host: Yes, that’s very important to do business worldwide. You have to get the certificates.
So do we have any tests/examine on our products?
Susan: We have our own lab. starting from raw material to the finished products, we do many tests. I will show you some videos on that.
Well, tests are not limited to the played videos, we do more actually.
The standard impulses for 1SN are 150,000 and 2SN, 200,000. Our hoses could exceed these numbers. And we do a pressure maintaining test by two minutes for every hose before packing, that is to say, 100% test. The pressure is set 2 times by the maximum working pressure for 2 minutes, if no leakage or break out, we can pack. By doing this, we can greatly eliminate some defaults in the hose. To make sure, every hose is safe when our client uses it.

Host: Susan，you said YIQIAO never stops its pace in developing new products. Could you show our audience some?
Susan: Please, the camera comes for a closer shot at our products. These are one of our new leading products. We call it 1SC+/2SC+
Host: 1SC/2SC +?
Susan: Plus means better and higher. So you can guess by their names, these series have a better performance than our standard SN or SC series.
To be specific, 1SC+/2SC+ are more flexible and having higher impulse performance, it can reach 200,000 for 1SC, and 250,000 for 2SC. Its outer diameter is close to or slightly exceeded the maximum O.D. of EN857 SC standard but within the EN853 SN standard. We are using stronger steel wire for these series. They are manufactured by our new German technology high-speed braiding machines, let’s show you our machine video.

Host: The same I guess these will have two finishing covers, right?
Susan: Yes, but actually, the smooth cover is more popular in these series, 90% will choose the smooth cover. For the smooth cover, we are supplying from 3/16” to 1”.
