The high speed steel wire braiding machine adopts microcomputer and frequency conversion control technology. The required technical parameters are input in advance before operation. When operating, it only needs to press the button. The existing alarm functions such as broken wire, broken cable, meter counting, oil pump failure, and thermal overload are all completed by microcomputer. Our hose knitting machine is realized by the brake circuit breaker on the frequency conversion control gas of the main motor. Once the section of braided wire or core wire appears, the machine will stop in about 1.5 seconds after the winding of the spindle or pressing the stop button.
