1. Inferior hydraulic hoses were used

In addition, the fastening process of the metal joints at both ends of the hydraulic hose is poor, and the tightness and reliability cannot be guaranteed. 2. Hydraulic system pressure too high

If the hydraulic hose line and joint are not damaged, it is necessary to consider whether the sudden explosion of the oil hose is caused by the excessive pressure of the hydraulic system. It is suggested that the pressure value generated by the main pump can be tested in combination with each action. If it is confirmed that the pressure value is too large, the main overflow pressure of the multi-way valve can be reduced.

3. Hydraulic oil temperature too high

If the hydraulic system of your machine is at high temperature, it will also affect the tightness of hydraulic components and cause hose explosion and leakage; In addition, the high temperature will also expand the hydraulic components, resulting in the jamming of the valve core and valve body, resulting in local high temperature and hose explosion.

4. Mix hydraulic oils of different grades

Generally, hydraulic oil is used 46# by default when excavators leave the factory. If the common 68# hydraulic oil in accessories stores is added during use, the hydraulic oil will be unstable and damage components. High viscosity hydraulic oil has poor fluidity, which will produce high pressure locally in the hydraulic system, which is easy to cause hose line leakage.

5. Bad operating habits

If the hydraulic hose is impacted by the pressure of the hydraulic hose during rough operation, the service life of the hydraulic hose will be greatly shortened and the rubber hose will burst at the point of rough operation. In addition, rough operation will also affect the durability of other parts and make mechanical faults occur frequently. Therefore, the usual operation of the excavator must be soft, and do not do high-intensity and high-risk actions.

6. The hydraulic hose is corroded

Although most of today's hydraulic hoses have certain corrosion resistance, after all, rubber products will be fluffy and deteriorated after long-term contact with diesel. Produce certain adverse effects. Try not to let the rubber hose contact with gasoline and diesel. Generally, the rubber will swell and the colloid will be fluffy after being soaked in gasoline and diesel for a long time. Therefore, in normal use, it is necessary to avoid corrosive liquids such as diesel oil from contacting the rubber hose, and the outer surface of the hydraulic hose should be cleaned frequently.

7. Abnormal vibration of hydraulic hose

Both gear pump and plunger pump have oil pulsation when working. This pulsation will cause high-frequency vibration of hydraulic hose, which can not be completely eliminated. The long-term abnormal vibration will lead to the fatigue and wear of the hydraulic hose. Therefore, the hose clamp and protective sleeve of the hydraulic hose should be checked frequently. Once the hose clamp is loose, the hydraulic hose will be worn out or even worn through.
