Hose Construction
This hose consists of an inner tube of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, steel wire reinforcement according to hose design (one or two braids), and an oil and weather-resistant cover. A ply or braid of suitable material may be used over the inner tube or over the wire reinforcement or over both to anchor the synthetic rubber to the wire. This hose has the same construction and working pressures as ISO 11237 Type R19.

The main production process of the R19 hose
1. Extrusion forming of mixed rubber.
2. Extruding the inner tube.
3. Two-layer wire steel braided (Photo of 2-layer wire knitting machine in weaving)
4. Extruding the outer cover
5. Wrapping a cloth.
6. Vulcanization.
7. Remove the cloth. (Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized).

8. After constant pressure, then, use water pressure to flush out the soft mandrel,
or Extraction out of the hard mandrel by machine.
