Forming principle of PVC steel wire reinforced hose
PVC steel wire reinforced hose refers to a hose reinforced by PVC, glass fiber, metal wire and other loop fabrics as the middle interlayer of the hose. The key to its forming is the winding of mesh fabric. According to the winding mode of fabric, it can be divided into in mold winding and out of mold winding. At present, winding outside the mold is mostly used in foreign countries, which can produce ideal PVC steel wire reinforced hose.
Process flow of PVC steel wire reinforced hose
Batching → mixing and granulation → extruding inner wall tube blank by No. I extruder → cooling → weaving → extruding outer layer by No. II extruder → cooling → traction → light inspection → coiling → packaging → finished product.
Design of forming equipment and device for PVC steel wire reinforced hose
PVC steel wire reinforced hose forming equipment is composed of main extruder, auxiliary extruder, head, air cooling device, mesh weaving device, traction, light inspection and coiling device.
1. Main and auxiliary extruders
The specification of PVC steel wire reinforced hose is generally Φ 12- Φ 50mm, so it is selected Φ 45mm, the extruder can be used. The length diameter ratio of the random screw is L / D = 20. It is heated in four sections and stepless speed regulation. The center height of both machines is 100mm.
2. Machine head (die head)
The design of the machine head depends on the specification of PVC steel wire reinforced hose. Whether it is designed reasonably or not directly affects the forming quality of the hose.
3. Winding device
It is composed of left and right weft weaving shuttles and fixed shaft. According to the enhancement index, one or more groups of winding devices can be designed. Each group of winding devices can also be designed with multiple left and right weft threads and multiple diameter threads. The left and right shuttles can be installed at both ends of the fixed shaft. Each shuttle can be equipped with 1 ~ 5 shuttle core thread winding frames. When the transmission shaft drives the left and right shuttles to rotate, The bobbin core is wound on the inner wall of the continuously extruded PVC steel wire reinforced hose blank. According to the extrusion speed of the hose blank and the density of the required mesh, the rotating speed of the bobbin and the number of bobbin core coils are determined. Generally, there are 1-2 edge core coils on each rotary extrusion, which can play a significant strengthening effect. The warp is penetrated through the warp hole on the fixed shaft without rotation.
4. Cooling air ring
PVC steel wire reinforced hose is usually shaped by water cooling. However, considering that the hose blank from No. I die will immediately enter No. II die to cover the outer plastic, the hose blank extruded by No. I die cannot be cooled by water, but by air ring. Otherwise, the water on the hose blank will produce bubbles and affect the product quality. The air ring is cooled, and the air volume is controlled at about q = 1500m3 / hr, Double lip air ring is adopted.
5. Traction device
The traction device is the same as that of ordinary hose. In order to ensure that PVC steel wire enhances the regularity of hose network fabric, the traction machine can also be linked with the winding device.
6. Optical inspection and winding device
The light pick-up box is used to test the wall thickness uniformity and weaving regularity of PVC steel wire reinforced hose. A 60 watt fluorescent lamp tube can be matched into the box with glass. The winding device adopts friction clutch to maintain the winding tension.
