HOSE CONSTRUCTION
R3 hose is consists of an inner tube of oil and water-resistant synthetic + two layers of fiber reinforcement and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
APPLICATION
R3 hose is designed for use in the petroleum and water-based fluid hydraulic systems, with temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +100℃.
The technical parameters of R3 Hose
The main production process of the R3 hose
1. Extrusion forming of mixed rubber.
2. Extruding inner tube.
3. Weaving two-layer of fiber reinforcement
4. Extruding outer cover of a hose and place Layline.
5. Wrapping a cloth.
6. Vulcanization.
7. Remove the cloth. (Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized).
7.1 Remove the cloth for the wrapped hose
7.2 Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized
8. After constant pressure, then, use water pressure to flush out the soft mandrel,
or Extraction out of hard mandrel by machine.
