Production process: 

batching - kneading - extrusion granulation - extrusion molding - traction - coiling - Packaging - quality inspection - finished products

 

1. Ingredient matching

Accurately weigh various raw materials and put them into the kneader in a certain order. The feeding sequence is: PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricant and achromatic agent. A double shaft stirring kneader is used and heated by steam. Each pot of material needs to be kneaded for about 45 ~ 50min, and the material can be discharged when the temperature reaches 100 ~ 110 ℃. At this time, the plasticizer has been completely absorbed by PVC resin, and various additives have been evenly dispersed. Generally, the operators grasp the material by hand, and the material mass can be discharged immediately after loosening (if it cannot be dispersed immediately, it indicates that the plasticizer has not been fully absorbed by PVC resin and cannot be discharged).

 

2. Extrusion granulation

In this process, the temperature shall be well controlled, and the maximum material temperature shall be controlled higher than the melting temperature of the material and lower than the extrusion forming temperature, i.e. between 155 ~ 160 ℃. The granulated particles shall be uniform and mixed in batches to ensure the stability of the next process.

 

3. Pipe extrusion molding

The extrusion molding temperature should be slightly higher. Generally speaking, the transparency of the pipe is related to the molding temperature. The higher the temperature, the better the transparency, and vice versa. At the same time, the traction speed and cooling speed will affect the transparency of the pipe. The traction speed is slightly higher, the cooling speed is fast, and the transparency of the pipe is better. The traction speed is generally 10% ~ 15% faster than the extrusion speed; The cooling of transparent hose is to spray cold water in front of the machine head, and then enter the water tank for cooling.
