HOSE CONSTRUCTION
R17 hose is consists of an inner tube of oil and water-resistant synthetic rubber and one or two layers of steel wire braided and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
APPLICATION
R17 hose is designed for use in the petroleum and water-based fluid hydraulic systems, it is especially used in the field where the softness of the hydraulic hose is required to be higher. Its temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +100℃.

The main production process of the R17 hose
1. Extrusion forming of mixed rubber.
2. Extruding inner tube.
3. Two-layer wire steel braided (Photo of 2 layer wire knitting machine in weaving)
4. Extruding outer cover
5. Wrapping a cloth.
6. Vulcanization.
7. Remove the cloth. (Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized).
7.1 Remove the cloth for the wrapped hose
7.2 Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized
8. After constant pressure, then, use water pressure to flush out the soft mandrel,
or Extraction out of hard mandrel by machine.
