Working principle:
Insert the hose into the mandrel, and gradually push the hose in, while the mandrel does not rotate. At the same time, the arbor rotates under the drive of the motor, and the turning tool is firmly installed on the arbor. If the hose is pushed in, the outer rubber will be turned off by the turning tool. After turning, pull out the hose.

Operating procedures of skiving machine:
1、 Before starting the machine, the protective cover must be covered to check whether there are people and obstacles before and after the stripping machine.
2、 The power must be cut off when opening the hood for inspection.
3、 Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the rotary knife and die core meet the specification requirements of the stripping hose.
4、 Before starting the machine, carefully measure the distance between the rotary knife and the mold core, determine the stripping work degree according to the measured jacket length, and calculate the data between the rotary knife and the steel wire layer of the rubber tube. First, use the lower corner material of the same specification for trial stripping, and adjust the knife gradually from the large radial diameter until the stripping is clean.
5、 When the stripping machine is running, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, stop the machine immediately and report the situation.
6、 When the stripping machine is running, the hose held by the operator should be kept in balance, and should not swing up and down, so as not to scratch the hose wire by the rotary knife.
7、 The rotary knife must be fixed firmly, and the knife should not be taken too hard. When the stripping work is in progress, it is forbidden to remove the cutting rubber strip by hand, so as to avoid danger.
8、 Without special training, individuals engaged in the work are not allowed to operate the machine.
9、 After stripping, turn off the main power, clean up the working site, and keep the equipment and ground clean.
