Slim: Hello Daniel
Daniel: Hello Slim. Hello Everyone, I am Daniel, I am glad to see my clients here. I will continue to show you our products.
Slim: What are these hoses, they seem very heavy.
Daniel: These are our Spiral hoses. They are super high in working pressure. Divided by their working pressures and different structures. We have four-wire spiral hoses like 4SP/4SH/R12, also we have six wire spiral-like R13/R15.
Slim: Could you show our audiences the cutting sides of four wires and six wires?
Daniel: Sure, please look at this, it’s 4SP(4SH), 4wire reinforcement. You can see clearly there are 4 layers of wire. And this one is R15, 6 wire reinforcement.
Slim: Oh, I see. I wonder with such high pressure, what is the application?
Daniel: Mainly they are used for Big Mining and Construction machinery with the request of high working pressure say 400bar above. These hoses are also having a strict demand on impulse time. The standard is 400,000 cycles and 500,000 cycles respectively.
Lenflex hoses perform better than the standard. We can reach 1,000,000 cycles for the tests Our small sizes like 1” 3/4” and 1/2 ” could reach 1,000,000 cycles. We have already passed the tests.
I am proud that our Spiral hoses have been succeeded in the USA and Europe, I know they are putting in some very big construction equipment.

Slim: Daniel, I could see there are some color hoses over there. What are these hoses used for?
Daniel: Usually, we like hydraulic hoses in black, because they are used in mining and construction outdoor. But these colored hoses are mainly for industrial use. It can be blue, red, yellow and gray. The applications are also various.
This is the steam hose, red color, and blue color. It used to convey the steam and hot water, the peak operating temperature can be 210°C. The reinforcement is one wire braided. We make pins on the hose body.
This is the High-pressure high-temperature hose. The structure and pressure are designed according to EN 1SN/2SN standards. But it can stand a peak temperature of 150°C. These hoses can be used in some equipment that is operating under a high-temperature environment. We also make pins on the hose body.
These are Jet wash hoses, they are mainly used in cleaning equipment. For high-pressure water spray cleaning. The reinforcement is one wire or two wire braided. It usually in small sizes like 1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”, available in both cloth and smooth cover.
We also have a super anti-abrasion type for jet wash hose. These types can get zero loss in weight after abrasive testing.
We also have a fuel hose for petroleum.
Besides the steel wire reinforcement, we have another type of industrial hoses. They are made by fiber or textile reinforcement. These types are much lower in pressure. Usually 20bar or around 30bar
For example, this 20bar air hose for conveying air/water is used in compressor air machines and some pneumatic machines.
This multi-purpose hose for conveying water, oil, air. Also R4/R6 for Oil and water.
