INNER TUBE: oil resistant synthetic nitrile-butadiene rubber.
REINFORCEMENT: one layer or two layers of fiber braided or spiraled.
COVER: oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber.
COLOUR: black, yellow, green, blue, red, etc.
APPLICATION: conveying compressed air and water, including the connection of pneumatic tools and electric machines.
TEMPERATURE RANGE: -25℃~ +70℃.
HOSE CONSTRUCTION
Air hose is consists of an inner tube of synthetic rubber, reinforced with spiral or braided one or two layers of fabric / fiber, and a synthetic rubber cover.
APPLICATION
Air hose is designed for use in delivery of compressed air, uses include connecting pneumatic tools and power machinery, with temperatures ranging from -25℃ to +70℃.
The technical parameters of AIR Hose
The main production process of the AIR hose
1. Extrusion forming of mixed rubber.
2. Extruding inner tube.
3. Weaving or spiral one or two layers of fabric/fiber reinforcement
4. Extruding outer cover of hose and place Layline.
5. Wrapping a cloth.
6. Vulcanization.
7. Remove the cloth. (Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized).

8. After constant pressure, then, use water pressure to flush out the soft mandrel,
or Extraction out of the hard mandrel by machine.
