INNER TUBE: oil resistant synthetic nitrile-butadiene rubber
REINFORCEMENT: one layer or multiple layers of suitable textile yarn
COVER: oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber
APPLICATION: hydraulic fluids in accordance with lSO 6743-4 with the exception of IIRD R, HFD S, and HFD T
TEMPERATURE RANGE: -40℃～+100℃
2TE hose is consists of an inner tube of oil and water-resistant synthetic + one or two layers of fiber reinforcement and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
2TE hose is designed for use in the petroleum and water-based fluid hydraulic systems, with temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +100℃.
The technical parameters of 2TE Hose
The main production process of the 2TE hose
1. Extrusion forming of mixed rubber.
2. Extruding inner tube.
3. Weaving one or multiple layers of fiber reinforcement
4. Extruding outer cover of a hose and place Layline.
5. Wrapping a cloth.
6. Vulcanization.
7. Remove the cloth. (Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized).
7.1 Remove the cloth for the wrapped hose
7.2 Stripped of plastic cover for smooth hose after hose vulcanized
8. After constant pressure, then, use water pressure to flush out the soft mandrel,
or Extraction out of hard mandrel by machine.
