Black Corrugated surface Rubber Water suction Hose is consist of an inner tube of synthetic rubber, reinforced with three layer of Cord fabric reinforced, and an synthetic rubber cover.
Cover: Corrugated black rubber cover.
APPLICATIONS: This hose is used for delivery of water or suction of water, the temperature ranging: -25°C to +80°C.

The main production process of the hose
1. Extrusion forming of mixed rubber.
2. Extruding inner tube.
Wrap cord cloth reinforcement and winding steel wire, the number of cord layers shall be determined according to the W.P. of the hose.
3.Cover hose with synthetic rubber.
4.Wrap a thick ropes around the hose to make a corrugated surface of the hose.
5. Vulcanization.
6. Remove the heavy cord around the hose, and then, pull out the mandrel, then inject water into the hose for constant pressure testing.
7.Packing
