The Canton Fair will be held in three phases in Guangzhou from October 15th to November 4th, with regular operation of online platforms. Under the leadership of the Ministry of Commerce and Guangdong Province, and with the joint efforts of all parties, the preparatory work for this year's Canton Fair has progressed smoothly and is now basically ready.
This year's Canton Fair will expand the exhibition scale. This year's Canton Fair has had the largest effort in organizing, optimizing, and adjusting exhibitions since the 104th reform. The scale has reached a new high, with the total exhibition area expanding to 1.55 million square meters, an increase of 50,000 square meters compared to the previous edition. The total number of booths is 74000, an increase of nearly 4600 compared to the previous edition, including 72000 export exhibitions and 1550 import exhibitions. According to the non-repetitive statistics of each period and exhibition area, there are 28533 participating enterprises, an increase of 3135 compared to the previous year, including 27883 participating enterprises in export exhibitions; There are 650 exhibitors from 43 countries and regions in the Import Expo, of which 60% are from the countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road".
